Sigma Phi Epsilon’s Balanced Man Scholarship
Scholarship Requirements
The Balanced Man Scholarship (BMS) is a scholarship awarded by the men of Sigma Phi Epsilon to incoming freshmen at the University of Iowa. They do not need to be interested in joining Greek life, they simply must have a minimum of a 3.0/4.0 GPA from high school and exemplify our fraternities values (Virtue, Diligence, Brotherly Love).

- Is a man required to join any fraternity to be eligible for this scholarship? No
- Are interviews required for selection of this scholarship? Yes
- Deadline to apply: September 15th
- When will those interviews occur? Once applications are reviewed
