Joining / Recruitment Information

Fall primary recruitment is the main recruiting process that involves a series of organized rounds potential new members (PNMs) can meet current members, learn about various philanthropies, and express their core values!

Continuous Open Bidding (COB) is another opportunity to join a Panhellenic chapter. COB begins after primary recruitment in the fall and continues throughout the spring semester. COB is an informal recruitment process where eligible chapters host events on their own. Not all chapters will be COB eligible though, so registering for fall primary recruitment is the best way to meet all the chapters.
